Online personal training in New Zealand: coaching through the Everest app, from a self-guided plan to weekly check-ins with your coach.
Online personal training across New Zealand, with the programme, the videos and your coach in one app.
Online coaching only works if a person is behind it.
A training app on its own is a library. What changes results is someone who looks at where you are, builds the plan around your week, and adjusts it when life gets in the way. Everest online coaching is built on that: the app carries the programme, and a coach carries the thinking.
Everest currently coaches clients in New Zealand, South Africa and Canada through the app, with one-on-one consultations by video call. Everything works the same whether you are in Auckland, Queenstown or the middle of the Mackenzie.
Who online coaching suits
If you cannot be at a studio at a set time, this is built for you.
People outside the main centres
Real coaching without a long drive or a move.
Shift workers and frequent travellers
A plan you can pick up wherever you are, on whatever schedule you have.
Parents
Training that fits around the household, at home or in the gym.
People who like to track it
Demo videos, progress and check-ins in one place on your phone.
What you get through the app
- A programme built around your goals, fitness level, schedule and equipment.
- A demo video beside every exercise, so you know what you are doing.
- Coach support and structured progression, not a plan that never moves.
- Progress tracking, so you can see what is changing.
At Everest Premium level you also get a body scan at the start of each 6-week block and a weekly 30-minute check-in call, for a more direct relationship with your coach.
